Registration Opens March 5th, 2025

The participation fees are to be paid when registering for the event. A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.

Registration rates:

• Early-Bird: $500 (Before May 15th, 2025)
• Early-Bird for Jr. researchers: $300 – without PhD or MD (Before May 15th, 2025)
• Late: $675 (May 16th, 2025 and later)
• Late for Jr. researchers – without PhD or MD: $375 (May 16th, 2025 and later)
• Optional Maid of Mist Excursion: $55 per person

The participation fees include the conference program, scheduled coffees and lunches, and the opening and closing dinner receptions.

An optional excursion to Niagara Falls (with a Maid of the Mist tour) on the evening of August 1 is available for participants and up to three guests.
